According to international organizations such as the World Bank and the United Nations, better public services are the backbone of accelerating economic growth and ensuring social security. The first service center (Masoob) has been launched in the major cities of the region such as Shaggar, Adaama, Jimma, Bishooftuu and Shaashamanne. This is moving the society to a new chapter by reducing the long queues for services, traffic and unnecessary expenses. In addition, the accountability system has increased and ensured that people receive government services fairly and truthfully. On the other hand, mobile service delivery has been launched in Shaggar town, so that the people can get the services they need from the government at home without any difficulty. There are also three days of the week : Sunday, Wednesday and Friday as the days of the judge and the management of the Bureau or Office sits and listens to the people and gives solutions it has created great hope. It is the duty of the structures at all levels to continue and expand this good start and ensure that our people receive the services they need from their government in a fair manner.
