The Oromia Regional State Government is working effectively to improve service delivery and solve the problem of good governance from the ground up. In particular, extensive work is being done to establish First Service Centers ( Masoob) in the cities of Oromia to ensure timely, clean and modern service delivery. This new concept will play an important role in narrowing the gap between the government and the people, increasing the satisfaction and trust of the people in the government and preventing fraud. The First Service Center was opened in Mojo today in the presence of the Deputy President of the Oromia Regional State, Mr. Awwaluu Abdii. Speaking at the program, Mr. Awwaluu Abdii said that one of the major works being done by the transitional government is to establish First Service Centers in the cities of Oromia to ensure fair, accessible and modern services to the people. He said the establishment of the First Service Center is narrowing the gap between the government and the people and increasing the satisfaction and trust of the people in the government. He added that the government is currently working to improve service delivery to relieve the community and solve the problem of good governance from the ground up. Mojoo Mayor Gazali Hashuu said the transitional government is working effectively to answer the demands of the people in all aspects and is establishing a First Service Center to ensure that the services provided by the government to the people are timely, clean and modern. Accordingly, the first service center launched in Mojo town today will provide 106 services and 23 sectors will provide services at the centre, he said. The center will be completed within three months, Gazali Hashuu said
