The Research Conducted So Far Has Confirmed That Oromia Is A Region Rich In Mineral Resources And It Can Be Inferred From The Geological Formation Of The Region.

The research conducted so far has confirmed that Orissa is a region rich in mineral resources and it can be inferred from the geological formation of the region. Despite the region having mineral resources, the benefits from the sector were even lower due to lack of attention and knowledge and experience in the past regimes. After the transition, mining was identified as one of the five pillar sectors of Gooroo economy Following the implementation of various regulations and reforms, revenue from mineral development has increased significantly. In addition, the sector has brought about promising changes in foreign exchange, creating vast job opportunities and replacing imports of various products in the country in a short period of time. The Bureau of Communications also thanked the Head of the Orissa Development Authority, Dr. A.K. He interviewed Namarraa Gabayyoo. During the meeting, he said that various types of minerals are scattered in the state and various bodies are taking production licenses for the minerals whose presence has been proven. They have spoken to people. Accordingly, in the past five years, the region has been proved to be rich in mineral resources due to the identification of mineral resources and many precious minerals are scattered throughout the region, he said. Dr Namarra said that the existing mineral resources were not explored and identified in a scientific and technologically supported manner before the transition 79 types of minerals have been identified in 6,262 km2 and licenses have been issued to 48 of them, he said. Previously, due to Alzheimer's disease and lack of timely use of technology, the fodder was exported to different countries without the addition of sons, he said. However, promising results have been achieved in the sector with the reforms carried out after the change. Namarra said that the foreign exchange earnings increased from Rs 11,500,000 in 2012 to Rs 769,500,000 in 969.1 in 2017 to 2 billion and 490 thousand.
